Relax and unwind while we handle the rest

Find a place to drop a chair and let us do all of the cooking. Our expeditions and trips come with a fully catered breakfast and dinner. There's nothing better than relaxing after a long day on the trail and waiting for the dinner bell. We can also leave the chuck wagon at home and offer a less expensive option where we provide the guiding, safety, permitting and training.

On every trip

What's included

  • Line of 4x4s on a dirt road winding below canyon walls

    Touring the backroads

Take your time traveling some of the most remote and scenic routes in the Southwest. We plan, permit and insure each route to fit the needs of each group we take out.

  • Smiling guests holding breakfast plates and coffee at camp

    Catered meals

Meet the day with a great breakfast before you head out to travel the forgotten roads. We cater our trips based on what our fellow travelers want most.

  • Guests gathered around a campfire

    Fireside friendships

Nothing beats end-of-day fireside chats, from life stories to the small white lies about how well we did that day. We all love a campfire ending to a great day.

  • Silver 4x4 crawling over boulders on a rocky trail among pines

    Off-road driving instruction

Be part of a group training or hire us for private training. We teach to the standards of the I4WDTA (International 4 Wheel Drive Trainers Association), and getting you out on the roads less traveled is our goal.

  • Instructor demonstrating a winch remote in front of a 4x4 as guests watch

    Vehicle recovery and winching

Take part in hands-on recovery training with best practices for vehicle recovery and winching. All training is provided by Bill Burke's 4-Wheeling America (BB4WA) trainers, who are with us on each tour.

  • Guests standing together on a red sandstone canyon floor with vehicles parked behind

    Survival and situational awareness

Get more comfortable being uncomfortable in the outdoors, learning the basic survival skills needed to make an emergency a simple inconvenience.
